Yesterday at Comic-Con International 2008 we "sort of" got director McG to reveal some details about Arnold Schwarzenegger's possible CGI involvement (Here's a theory: Arnold's face CGI'd over Austrian body builder Roland Kickinger's body, anyone?) in the fourth
Terminator installment,
Terminator Salvation.
Director McG On Arnold Schwarzenegger | Sam Worthington on his character Marcus Wright |
Anton Yelchin on playing a young Kyle Reese | Common on playing Barnes |
Moon Bloodgood on her role as Blair Williams |
As well, the rest of the cast revealed some details about their individual characters in the film.
In the highly anticipated new installment of
The Terminator film franchise, set in post-apocalyptic 2018, Christian Bale stars as John Connor, the man fated to lead the human resistance against Skynet and its army of Terminators. But the future Connor was raised to believe in is altered in part by the appearance of Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington), a stranger whose last memory is of being on death row. Connor must decide whether Marcus has been sent from the future, or rescued from the past. As Skynet prepares its final onslaught, Connor and Marcus both embark on an odyssey that takes them into the heart of Skynet's operations, where they uncover the terrible secret behind the possible annihilation of mankind. While visiting Comic-Con 2008, we hooked up with
Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins director McG and his cast to get the lowdown on this upcoming film. To watch our exclusive video interview with the man, click on the click below:
Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins opens May 22nd, 2009.

blaw blaw blibbety blah blah blah, god damn is it five oclock yet? i wanna go the fuck home already, its been a long week.
i know what you mean though.
i don't mind bashing movies before they come out, cause in this case (chick flicks) i know i'll be right!
and most importantly, .... i was right heh heh
But I mean like hatin on a huge film like Terminator, is like hatin on TDK, b4 it came out, or The Hobbit b4 it comes out. Major franchises need to be seen thru.
Then again I guess i just like the film, and will do anything to protect it for now.
As always, when I can't find anything to say, "To each his own."
...leaving this comment seems like a good idea now, but tomorrow when the spam i am referring to has been deleted, then its gonna seem kinda silly and confusing.
im pretty sure everyone in this room has shit on at least one movie idea without seeing the movie.
i know i have, and its not because im an idiot, its because i have... uh... whats that stuff called?
oh yeah--- foresight.
where's all the hater's now?... eh?.....well?.... yeah, thought so!
