Think there's still some juice to be squeezed out of the "Scary Movie" concept? Those Weinstein brothers sure do, which is why we'll see more of Anna Faris bopping through numerous flick parodieson her way to a solid opening weekend and a slow fade-out from the multiplexes. "The Scary Movie gang is back with send-ups of "War of the Worlds," "The Grudge," "The Village," "Saw" and "Saw II," "Million Dollar Baby" and much more. Legendary comedy director David Zucker ("Airplane!," the "Naked Gun" franchise, "Scary Movie 3," and "Ruthless People") and producer Bob Weiss reunite to take aim at some of the best fright films, the latest box office hits, music, current events, pop culture, and your favorite celebrities. Anna Faris and Regina Hall are back as the loveable, dim-witted Cindy Campbell and her self-serving, sex-crazed pal, Brenda, respectively - joined this time around by Craig Bierko ("Cinderella Man"), as the cute-but-utterly clueless Tom Ryan. Together, they battle to save the world from a ruthless alien invasion. And the outrageous celebrity cameos include: Carmen Electra, Shaquille O'Neal, Dr. Phil, Bill Pullman, Chris Elliott, Molly Shannon, Michael Madsen, rappers Chingy and Lil' John, Leslie Nielsen returning as our fearless Commander in Chief, plus many, many more surprises."

LOVE Zucker (Airplane! is one of my favorite movies of all time), but ive had my share of scary movie. 1st one was fantastic and a classic. The second one couldnt compare, and the third one was better than 2, but an average movie. I think the series has had its run and it was a pretty good one. I did enjoy the parody on tom cruise though..haha.. what a freak.

PS- Tom, i still love your acting and movies.

At first I couldn't understand why they would make another scary movie, well except money. I have to admit this could have its moments, and the Tom Cruise thing is funny because he needs to be made fun of as much as possible.

i listened to the commentary on Scary Movie 3 (yeah, im probably the only one) and Zucker knew the film had many many faults. Hopefully he'll fix them with this one. The BIGGEST fault I wish he would fix is the (most likely) PG-13 rating.

But eh, i'll probably see this anyways.

Personally, I'm stoked. After the hulabaloo Tom Cruise started (plus a razzie nomination for that), it's about time they lampooned his Oprah interview. And is that Debra Wilson in the chair?

This movie will be funny the first time around, but everybody will see its numerous flaws the second time around and it will disappear; just like Scary Movie 3. Zucker need to stop the Scary Movies, and unite with writer Pat Proft and the legendary and hilarious Leslie Nielsen. It'll be just like the Naked Gun days. Hey, maybe a Naked Gun 4?

Well, Leslie Nielsen IS in scary movie 4, same with the 3rd... and im willing to give this a chance considering this is only his second time trying in this series.

and yes, that's debra wilson as oprah, PERFECT casting

Fuck man, you didn't think I knew that Leslie Nielsen was in the 3rd and 4th Scary Movie. Fucking idiot. All I'm saying is Leslie needs to star in another movie before his day comes.
